Eshara
We provide comprehensive advocacy and representation for New American immigrants, refugees, and people from diverse communities so they can get integrated into Minnesota and North Dakota very easily.
ESHARA is an acronym for Ethnic Self-Help Alliance for Refugees Assistance. ESHARA is a social development organization established in 2017 to offer relevant programs based on cultural and ethnic relevant, community-led, and self-reliance development targeted at New Americans Immigrants and refugees’ communities in Minnesota and North Dakota in the United States. At the core of what we do is empowerment, inspiration, and support that prepare immigrants for seamless integration into the host community Minnesota and North Dakota in the United States without missing or neglecting their own cultural identity.
OUR MISSION
ESHARA’s mission is to provide comprehensive advocacy and representation for New American immigrants, refugees, and people from diverse communities so they can get integrated into Minnesota and North Dakota very easily. To connect them to the existing resources in the community such jobs, Healthcare resources, social services and leadership opportunities with the needed skills and capacities made available by our immigrants and refugees’ communities, families, and youth economic developmental training and support programs.
OUR VISION
Eshara’ vision is to fully facilitate immigrants and refugees successful integration and representation into mainstream American society and help them become thriving members of the host communities.
Eshara unchanging philosophy is to unite and bring together cultural and ethnic leaders and organizations through community-led, self-help and building self-esteem of immigrants and refugees’ community to realize the American dream and hope again through self-awareness initiatives.

We help new Americans understand their options, identify housing that best meets their needs, and secure and maintain permanent housing.

Our goal is to the bridge and one-stop solution that brings together ethnic and cultural nonprofits to help new Americans particularly the youth find jobs and get empowered to take on leadership positions.
